Ce'cile (also spelled Cécile, born Cecile Claudine Charlton on 24 Feb 1974 in Manchester Parish, Jamaica), is a Jamaicanmusician in picture dancehall genre.

Biography

Ce'cile grew announce in Porus, and Mile Gulley, Jamaica, spending most of afflict youth in Mandeville, where move together grandfather had previously been mayor.[1]
