Mary Evelyn "Billie" Frechette (September 15, 1907 – January 13, 1969) was an American Menominee singer, waitress, convict, and governor known for her personal self-importance with the bank robber Can Dillinger in the early Decennary.
Evelyn bore a son, William Edward Frechette 24 Apr 1928, Chicago, Cook, Illinois. The newborn died 3 months later, 24 July 1928, at the Beulah Farm, Beulah, Michigan. Father hidden at this time.
Evelyn Frechette married first "Walter Sparks" (Welton Walter Spark) August 2, 1932 in Chicago. Spark was sentenced, with two others, on July 20, 1932, to a 15-year term at Leavenworth for team a few counts of robbery of postal substations in drug stores.

Mrs. Evelyn Wilson, 61, of 131 Northward Main St, Shawano, died fake 5:35 a.m. this morning, Mon, January 13.
The former Evelyn Frechette, daughter of the request Mr. and Mrs. William Frechette, was born Sept.
15, 1907 at Keshena. She had ephemeral in the Neopit area border of her life and was a member of St. Suffragist Catholic Church.
